What we collect
To provide PourAudit, we collect and store your name and email address; your organization, venue, and location structure; inventory products, quantities, counts, transfers, and adjustments; optional product and shelf photos you choose to upload; and an audit trail of inventory actions (who, when, where, previous and new quantities, device type). We collect technical logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) needed to keep the service secure and reliable.
Camera and photos
Barcode scanning uses live camera frames on your device to recognize a code; those frames are not stored or uploaded. Product and shelf photos are uploaded only when you choose them. If you use Arrange from photo, that selected image is sent to Anthropic for one-time analysis and is not used by Cre84ever Media for advertising.
How we use it
We use this information solely for operating inventory management for your venue, including counts, transfers, variance reporting, and accountability records your organization relies on. We do not sell personal information. We do not use your data for advertising.
Who can see it
Access is controlled by your organization's roles and enforced by row-level security in our database. Our staff access customer data only for support and operations, and that access is logged.
Processors
We rely on Supabase (database, authentication, storage), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments, where billing applies), Resend (transactional email), and Anthropic (optional shelf-photo analysis). Each processes data on our behalf under its own security commitments.
Retention and deletion
We retain your data while your account is active. You can export organization data and initiate deletion of your PourAudit account and associated personal data from Account. Public instructions are available at Delete your PourAudit account, or you may email support@pouraudit.com. We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal, fraud-prevention, audit, or financial compliance.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Every table is protected by row-level security scoped to your organization. Sensitive actions are audit-logged.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. Contact support@pouraudit.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will notify account owners by email before the change takes effect. Questions: support@pouraudit.com.
